If your order contains personalised or logo items please refer to the individual product for the printing lead times. Express print options can be selected within the customiser or from the checkout. An estimated date of delivery will be show at the checkout once your have chosen your delivery method. This estimated date is based on the printing lead times plus delivery method.

All parcels are sent on a tracked service and emails will be sent with links to track your parcel on the morning delivery is due. Within your tracking email your will find options for "Safe Place" delivery or alternative delivery options.

From the 31st of March 2025 new legislation comes into place regarding shipments to Northern Ireland. 

No changes will be made to customers receiving orders to a residential address, however we will have to complete addional paperwork before we ship.

For deliveries to businesses we are now required to include the business EORI number and UKIMS number* as well as complete additional paperwork for the items we are shipping.

We would request that EORI number and UKIMS are included as part of the checkout process and should be left in the order comments box.

As this is now an official requirement we won't be able to ship any parcels to a business address without this so please be aware there may be a delay to shipping if we have to contact you before sending your parcel to retrieve this information.

*Please be aware that this will still apply if you are receiving a personal order to a business address.

(Please note in some circumstances additional delivery charges may occur for delivery outside of the UK where the item is either heavier or longer than the couriers standard parcel sizing. We will contact you before production begins to confirm these charges).

VAT (20%) will be deducted from the online prices automatically at the checkout once you have selected your delivery country.

All exports from the UK to Europe will be liable for subsequent import taxes and fees, the local courier will be in contact to take payment directly before delivery is made. Please be aware that if you are sending a gift from the UK to Europe the receiver will be liable for these charges.

An EORI and VAT number should be provided if we are shipping to a business address. Please be aware even if you are not purchasing on behalf or a company (private order being delivered to your place of work) an EORI number will still be required.

For deliveries to residential addresses in Norway we are required to provide a PID number on export paperwork.

This is to be paid by the customer before delivery can be made and will be collected directly by the courier

Orders placed after midday on Monday 22nd of December for both plain and personalised items may not be shipped until our offices re-open on Friday 2nd of January 2026

even though an earlier estimated delivery date may be shown at the checkout.
