How long will it take to receive my order?
Your embroidered gift will be produced and dispatched within 3-7 working days of placing your order and will be deivered within the timeframe selected at the checkout. An estimated date of delivery will be show at the checkout when you select a delivery option and this will be shown on your email order confirmation.
Are there any extra costs for printing or a set up charge?
Basic embroidery costs are included within the price of each item. There is no set up charge but there may be an additional cost if we need to digitise your logo or design to make it suitable to be embroidered. We will contact by email before production if this is the case.
I selected next-day delivery, why is the estimated delivery date not showing the 'next day'?
The standard production time for embroidered items is 5-7 days plus delivery. The estimated delivery date which you see in the checkout includes the time it take for us to embroider your item. When customising your product the lead time options will also include an express 2-3 working day production time. If the estimated delivery date at the checkout still doesn't work for you, get in touch with us and we will see if there is anything we can do. Because we produce in-house it is sometimes possible to be able to get items out even quicker.
Can you embroider my logo?
Some logos are more simple than others and so can be embroidered with ease. For logos which are more complex it may be necessary for us to digitise your logo to make it suitable for embroidery. Full colour logos or those which have a lot of intricate details will work better if we vinyl print. We will always contact you before going to production to discuss the best options for your logo and agree the necessary addtional charges with may be applicable for digitisation.
Due to the complex design in the Spanish flag part of this logo this was produced as a full colour print (not embroidered)
What about text?
Text is simple to embroider and is often our recommended option on small items. Try to keep it simple, as lots of text may not work on an item. If in doubt you can always email us before placing your order for guidance.
What do you need from me to embroider?
We can produce your embroidery from a jpeg which if necessary can be converted by digitisation to a file suitable for embroidery. You don't need to size this for us we will do that in production. If we are just embroidering text then the customiser on each product will allow you to input your text and we will use this to create your item.
If you have had a logo embroidered previously please send us a dst or emb file. We keep all our previous orders on file for you.
How big will my personalisation be?
Information about the size available for personalisation can be found on each product. Most products include 8,000 stitches, if your logo will be more stitches there will be an additional charge, we will contact you to discuss and approve this before we do to production.
