Delivery
Plain golf balls are shipped the same day if ordered before 3pm (not including weekends and Bank Holidays).
All orders are shipped on a tracked service and you will receive an email with tracking details once they have been dispatched. Through these emails you will be able to choose a safeplace or leave with neighbour option.
Free next working day UK delivery is available on boxes of 6 golf balls or more (calculated by number of boxes or the equivalent weight in goods).

If you have chosen to have your golf balls personalised, the estimated delivery date shown is based on the printing lead times and delivery method.
If you need your order sooner than the date shown in the checkout you can go back to your shopping cart and see the printing lead times available, select a quicker print option for an earlier delivery date.
Personalised Titleist Golf Balls Printing Lead Time
Because we print in-house we can have very quick lead times for all of our personalised golf balls.
Printing lead times can be selected within the customiser when you are personalising your golf balls, all orders will default to the standard printing option.
Standard Print - 3-5 working days
Fast Print - 2 working days
Express Print - 24 hours
Super Express Print - Same day when ordered before 12pm
Orders are processed on working days and so weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the above.
We aim to have all orders printed within the timeframe show above, during busy times the maximum number of printing days from your chosen lead times will apply.

Special Play numbers come from Titleist printed with the same number on all of the 12 balls rather than the standard Pro V1x which have a sleeve each of the numbers 1-4. We keep a select selection of the most popular numbers in stock. Use the drop down to select your required number before personalising. If your chosen number isn't listed select "Number not listed - email with request" and use the notes box at the checkout to let us know the number you would like. Alternative numbers and other certain numbers are ordered to demand and so there will be a slight delay to these orders - currently around two weeks. We will notify you by email if this is the case with your chosen number.
