Embroidery - Text only. For text with less than 12 characters per line - due to limited space (area available for embroidery is around 120mm).

Printed Design - Full Colour Vinyl. Full colour logo or photo printed onto vinyl then heat pressed onto the shirt for a permanent finish. Or on white caps we can offer a direct print option, this is a great option for complex logo with many colours or gradients or even photos.

Pricing for embroidery includes 7,000 stitches, and additional cost may apply for logos which need to be disigitised to make them suitable for embroidery.

Personalised caps are ready to ship in 5-7 working days or 2-3 working days with the express option and there is no minimum order quantity with our personalised golf caps.

As standard we will embroider your clothing, this works particularly well for text or simple logos and the cost for this is included in the price. Some logos need to be digitised to make them suitable for embroidery. If we need to digitise your logo we will contact you before processing to confirm costs. If your logo is too complex or not suitable for embroidery we will contact you to let you know what alternative print options are available.

We would suggest that before placing an order you drop us an email with your logo and we can confirm whether it is suitable for embroidery and what additional charges may apply.

Personalised Order Dispatch Times

Personalised orders are processed and printed in-house which means we are able to offer very fast lead times. The time it takes to be dispatched depends upon the ‘printing lead time’ that you have selected from our customiser.

Standard personalised orders are printed & dispatched within 5-7 working days. If you need your Personalised order in a hurry, please select Express printing lead times within the customiser.

The printing lead times need to be added to your delivery option e.g. Standard lead times (5-7 days) + Next Working Day delivery = 6-8 days in total to deliver.

Urgent orders - Don’t forget to select Express or Next Day Delivery service from our delivery options, which is on the checkout page.

Delivery:
An estimated delivery date will be shown in the checkout when you select your delivery method. This will also show on your order confirmation.

Orders shipped with Royal Mail will receive an email with an estimated day and time of delivery, this is usually the day before delivery is due. This will contain tracking details for your parcel. Orders shipped with DPD will receive an email the evening the order ships with a tracking link and safeplace options. A further email will be sent around 11am on the morning of delivery with the one-hour delivery window.

Urgent orders can be shipped on a next day, next day before 1pm or next day before 10:30am.
