Printing Information for Goodie Bags
Each item within your goodie bag will be personalised with different options available for each product.
Golf balls can be personalised with any photo logo or text, with the option for a print to side two of your golf balls also available within the customiser.
The maximum print area available on the golf balls is 22mm and we will always print as large as we can within this area.
For the tees we recommend printing text only due to the available space on the products. Due to the area available for printing we limit the amount of character to 18, any more than this and we find the text does become too small.
These goodie bags also come with the option to have your full colour photo logo or text printed onto the front of the bag.
Personalised Gifts Printing Lead Time
Because we print in-house we have very quick lead times for all of our personalised items
Printing lead times can be selected within the customiser when you are personalising your golf balls, all orders will default to the standard printing option.
Standard Print - 5-7 working days
Express Print - 2-3 working days
Orders are processed on working days and so weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the above.
We aim to have all orders printed within the timeframe show above, during busy times the maximum number of printing days from your chosen lead times will apply.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery for your personalised items can be selected at the checkout.
An estimated delivery date will be shown once you have chosen your delivery method. The estimated delivery date is based on the printing lead times and delivery method.
If you need your order sooner than the date shown in the checkout you can go back to your shopping cart and see the printing lead times available, select a quicker print option for an earlier delivery date.
We offer various delivery options which include next working day timed services.
Delivery
All orders are shipped on a tracked service and you will receive an email with tracking details once they have been dispatched. Through these emails you will be able to choose a safeplace or leave with neighbour option.
Free next working day UK delivery is available on boxes of 6 golf balls or more (calculated by number of boxes or the equivalent weight in goods).

Personalised Pouch Gift set
Personalise one of our pouches with your choice of photo, logo or text. Your personalised gift pouch includes:
- Personalised pouch
- 20 printed tees
- 3 printed balls or both printed tees and balls.
A photo, logo or text can be printed to only the pouch and golf balls, tees can only be printed with text and we recommend a maximum of 19 characters due to the print area available.
- If you have selected golf balls we will use the same photo/logo/text as personalisation for both your pouch and golf balls.
- If you have selected a text print for your pouch and personalised tees these will both be printed the same.
- If you have selected tees and your pouch is printed with a photo or logo then please use the additional information box at checkout
- Pouches have no minimum order quantity and can be a given as a gift or keepsake.
- When your finished with your balls or tees these pouches are also suitable for sunglasses or phones
- . All pouches are white and will be printed with you photo, logo or text in full colour.
- The printing lead time for pouches is 5-7 working days but if you need it sooner you can upgrade to the express printing service of 2-3 working days, you can do this when you upload your logo.
- The text for your tees can be included at the checkout in the additional information box.
How to personalise your Pouch Gift Set : Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. An online visual will appear before you add to cart. We do not offer visual proofs before printing.
Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 5-7 days but we do offer a express printing lead times (see below). See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your order for express options
Urgent orders: Select Express Dispatched within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) for an expedited print option. A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.
Artwork required: Please upload your artwork as a jpeg, gif or pdf file. The file should be less than 3MB otherwise it may not upload correctly.
Print size: The maximum print area is approximately 20mm on the golf balls.
