How long will it take to print my order?
All our corporate gifts are printed in just 5-7 working days, we also offer and express 2-3 day print for urgent orders. We can be this quick because we print in-house, if you have an urgent specific deadline get in touch with us as we may be able to help.

Can you print and ship faster?
Yes, becuase we print in-house we are able to tailor our production scedhule. We can sometimes deliver within 24-48 hours, please contact us for more details.

Will you send me a visual proof?
For larger quantity orders, yes we will send a detailed visual proof, which includes the size, layout and pantone colours for printing.
This is usually sent the same day by our designers, and if proofs need editing we will also do that very quickly. Information will within the product description if a proof is available. Printing lead times do start once your visual is approval so if you need your order in a hurry prompt approval is required.

Are there any extra costs for printing or setup charges?
Our prices are fully inclusive of setup, printing and UK delivery. If your items need embroidery there may be additional digitisation costs applicable, we will contact you beforehand to discuss these for more information you can take a look at our embroidery help page here 

How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE to the UK. Shipping costs start from just £16 outside the UK.

What can i have printed?
We can print any full colour logo or text. If you order an embroidered item we can embroider text or logo although some more complex logos cannot be embroidered. You can always email us before placing your order to find out if it will embroider.

What format of logo do you require?
Either a high quality png or jpeg or we can also print from vector files so ai, eps or pdf. If you already have a digitised file of your logo this will save us getting this done for you. We do keep all logo in vector and digitised format on file for repeat orders.

Our business uses a specific font and specific Pantone colour. Can you accommodate?
Because we provide a full colour print (CMYK) we can't pantone match to your logo although it will be as close as possible. When embroidering it is possible for us to match threads to your pantone, if these colours are in stock there will be no additional charge.

What is your minimum order quantity?
This does depend on the product which you are ordering. Some of our products have no minimum and will usually be the larger items like golf bags or luggage, other like ball markers do have a minimum quantity. Minimum quantities can be found on the product page and also in the quantity when using the customiser.
