Printing Information for Gift Sets
Each item within your gift set will be personalised with different options available for each product.
Golf balls can be personalised with any logo or text, with the option for a print to side two of your golf balls also available within the customiser.
The maximum print area available on the golf balls is 22mm and we will always print as large as we can within this area.
Personalisation on ptichfork consists of a magnetic resin domed ball marker which sits on the front. These can be printed with any photo, logo or text.
For tees, due to the print area available we recommend text print with a maximum of 19 character. We can print a "text style" log which sits over 1 line. Please email if you would like a logo printed and we can advise whether it will work on the tees.
Personalised Gifts Printing Lead Time
Because we print in-house we have very quick lead times for all of our personalised items
Printing lead times can be selected within the customiser when you are personalising your golf balls, all orders will default to the standard printing option.
Standard Print - 5-7 working days
Express Print - 2-3 working days
Orders are processed on working days and so weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the above.
We aim to have all orders printed within the timeframe show above, during busy times the maximum number of printing days from your chosen lead times will apply.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery for your personalised items can be selected at the checkout.
An estimated delivery date will be shown once you have chosen your delivery method. The estimated delivery date is based on the printing lead times and delivery method.
If you need your order sooner than the date shown in the checkout you can go back to your shopping cart and see the printing lead times available, select a quicker print option for an earlier delivery date.
We offer various delivery options which include next working day timed services.
Delivery
All orders are shipped on a tracked service and you will receive an email with tracking details once they have been dispatched. Through these emails you will be able to choose a safeplace or leave with neighbour option.
Free next working day UK delivery is available on boxes of 6 golf balls or more (calculated by number of boxes or the equivalent weight in goods).

How to add your logo to your Gift Set: Click the Red 'Add Logo' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. An online visual will appear before you add to cart. We will print same logo (or text) on your golf balls, pitchfork and onto the lid of the tin. If you have chosen a double sided print we will use side one for the pitchfork and tin.
Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 5-7 days but we do offer a express printing lead times (see below). See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your order for express options
Urgent orders: Select Express Dispatched within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) for an expedited print option. A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.
Durability: While the print is fairly durable we do not offer a permanent print solution for personalised golf balls. The print may wear during play, the duration of which does depend on the personalisation, playing conditions and ball chosen. For a permanent print option we can offer our logo service for larger quantity orders.
Artwork required: Please upload your artwork as a jpeg, gif or pdf file. The file should be less than 3MB otherwise it may not upload correctly. For best results we recommend cropping your image/logo into a circle
Print size : The maximum print area is approximately 20-22mm for rectangular logos or text. Circular and square logo are usually printed between 18 and 22mm wide
